Exovera provides digital online education services, including professional training courses delivered through an online Learning Management System (LMS). All courses are provided digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Course Format
All courses are delivered in an online, self-paced format. Users may access course materials at their own pace within the applicable access period.
3. Course Access Period
Access to all purchased courses is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. 100% of courses offered on the platform follow the same access period.
4. Certificates
A digital certificate of completion is issued upon successful completion of the course requirements.
5. Payments
All payments are processed online. Exovera acts as the merchant of record for all transactions.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy available on the Exovera website.
7. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
